As a consultant, I’m a strategic thought partner to the C-Suite and fractional executive.
Entrepreneur and executive with proven success across a number of industries and verticals. A big thinker, an idea generator, highly strategic and creative — I get excited about translating the big picture into a clearly defined vision, goals and actionable plan across all functions of a business.
As a startup founder and a head of product, I have built from zero to one a few times. From SaaS, to B2B, to B2B2C, to D2C, I’ve built from a lean MVP to multiple iterations of full-service enterprise solutions. My career experience spans across EdTech, MarTech / AdTech, management consulting, and a food startup. Most recently, I worked on the production team of a feature action film… because I was curious.
I’ve led teams of hundreds of people through digital transformations. I was responsible for developing the product strategy for a $2B media buying organization, planning the tech stack, and building successful product teams and an award winning data analytics team within a traditional sales organization. I’ve built platforms and programs responsible for training over 10,000 people on topics including Agile Leadership Development, a range of Digital Media Marketing and Advertising topics, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Career Transition Counseling.
I’ve raised seed funding for three startups and been on both sides of the due diligence and acquisition process. I’ve led branding initiatives, brought new products to market, and built profitable strategic investor relationships. I’m a problem solver and a fixer who thrives under pressure and lifts everyone up around me — I’ve been called “Olivia Pope” by colleagues and employees on multiple occasions (minus the political drama!)
I began my career in management consulting with no real business experience. The only way I could add value in those early years was to work from the playbooks developed by the Principals of the firm. It was astonishing to me, how much clients would pay consultants that had no real depth of leadership, management or operational experience. I’m back in consulting now because of the value I can add from my own journey.
I’m here to contribute to the success of as many businesses and people that I can — because that’s how I believe I can personally achieve the most positive impact on humanity.
